These passes are famous because most roads were paved in the 1820s and 1850s. This attracted most of the tourists all around the world to Switzerland followed by the Alps mountain range.

Alps Motorcycle Tour Itinerary

I’m starting my motorcycle tour from Germany. I’m flying to Stuttgart, Germany.

Day 0 .Germary .Arriving to GermanyTaking flight from Chennai to Stuttgart, Germany.
Day 1Switzerland .Stuttgart, Germany to Andermatt, Switzerland Andermatt is located in the Ursern valley and is famous for hiking and skiing – 326 Kms
Day 2Switzerland AndermattRiding the most scenic passes – Furka Pass, Grimsel Pass and Susten Pass – 140 Kms
Day 3 ItalyAndermatt to LivignoEntering Italy by riding from Andermatt to Livigno via Maloja pass, St Moritz and reaching Livigno, Italy- 227 Kms
Day 4 ItalyLivigno Rest Day
Day 5ItalyLivigno to BolzanoWe will be covering While riding from Livigno, we get a chance to ride in the Stelvio Pass which is praised as Heaven of roads and reaching Bolzano, which is the gateway to Dolomites range – 140 Kms
Day 6ItalyBolzano to Fiera di PremieroWe will be covering Gardena pass and reaching Fiera Di Premiero
Day 7AustriaFiera Di Premiero to Zell Am SeeWe will ride from Dolomits mountain range and reach Austri via Grossglockerner which is one of the highest range in Alps and we will be staying at Zell Am See.
Day 8GermanyZell Am See to StuttgartWe will ride across fern pass and visit Neuschwanstein Castle in Austria. Later, we finally reach Stuttgart. We will return the motorcycle.
Day 9FranceStuttgart to ParisTaking train from Stuttgart and reaching Paris to see the Eiffle Tower.
Day 10FranceParis to ChennaiTaking Flight from Paris to Chennai after the 10 day exploration.
